| The Topper is an ideal beginning boat, for older children and teenagers. Very popular, car-toppable, easy-to-maintain. There is a thriving country-wide race circuit for Toppers which is supported by many schools and sailing clubs. Over 50000 boats have been built. Second-hand prices range from £350 to £1600, and used boats are always available. There are several members boats in the club, plus a few club boats which are used for training but are also available for hire (by members). |
