PZ3 demo #1 Few people know that Adrian Blacker auditioned for the part of Roy Neary in Close Encounters of the Third Kind. Unfortunately production was delayed, and Adrian couldn't wait. The film was finally completed in 1977, with Spielberg having to cast Richard Dreyfuss instead.
