Signing Up & Cancelling

Sign up to play in the next event by clicking the teed-up ball. The sign-up sheet is a Google document, - just start to type your name in the list (or double-click), select your name and press Enter. Then close the browser window (changes are saved automatically)

If you do need to cancel, you can remove your name - but please let us know by emailing:

But, in the interest of security, you need a Google account (free) to access the list through the above link. To gain access, create a Google account, and then send me johnw@bsgolfsoc.co.uk the email address associated with the account, so that I can grant you access to the list.

Oops, what’s my Password ?

If you've forgotten your password then please click Forgot Password ? to go to the Password Reset page. Just enter your email address, and click Submit.

Next, you should receive two emails. The first will simply say that the password has been changed. The second one will tell you what it is.

It will be a horrible random character string like this: ARgcv$@40ona. If you don't like it, use it to log in once, and then change it to something more memorable - as explained below.

If you want to change your password to something more memorable, then click

and just follow the instructions on the Profile page. Next, you should receive just one email, saying that the password has been changed. There is no second one to tell you what it is, - you need to remember it !

Want to Play ?

Booking for the April event will open at the beginning of March. Booking for each later event will open as soon as the previous event is complete. To book a place, click Sign Up Sheet on the menu.

Want to Pay ?

We’d prefer electronic payment (BACS), so if you bank online just transfer the money to this account:

Use your surname as a reference.

You can also pay by sending a cheque payable to Beauchief Seniors Golf Society to
Mark or (as a last resort) give Mike the cash.

Whichever way you pay, please try to pay at least two weeks before the event date.
